The ten to prepare
- A win with numbers · a genuine failure and what changed after
- A conflict resolved · persuading someone senior
- Pressure/deadline save · initiative nobody asked for
- Learning something fast · a hard trade-off decision
- Helping someone else succeed · the thing you're proudest of
Write each as four lines of STAR. Ten stories, endlessly recombined, beat two hundred rehearsed answers.
Honesty noteThe failure story must be real, with a real consequence. Interviewers can smell 'my weakness is perfectionism' from across the table.
