About the role

You'll handle customer questions over chat and email, troubleshoot account issues, and turn frustrated users into fans. Most of the role is async, with a small block of live-chat coverage.

What you'll do

  • Resolve tickets across chat and email with clear, friendly answers.
  • Troubleshoot billing, login and basic technical issues.
  • Document recurring problems and flag them to product.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in customer support or a service role
  • Excellent written English and a calm, helpful tone
  • Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace
