About the role
You'll handle customer questions over chat and email, troubleshoot account issues, and turn frustrated users into fans. Most of the role is async, with a small block of live-chat coverage.
What you'll do
- Resolve tickets across chat and email with clear, friendly answers.
- Troubleshoot billing, login and basic technical issues.
- Document recurring problems and flag them to product.
What we're looking for
- 1+ year in customer support or a service role
- Excellent written English and a calm, helpful tone
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace
